What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have no hidden fees. We are transparent in our pricing. The typical process would be reviewing pictures of the work & giving an estimate. Regarding lawn care, we offer discounted rates for weekly / biweekly account

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

So far we have no complaints and have had great experiences working with the clients here on Thumbtack. We typically follow up leads within an hour and give a rough estimate depending on the scope of the project. We request a couple clear photos of the area where work needs to be done. If there is additional services that are in need we will look over it in person and talk about pricing. Once the job is complete we will have our client take a look, and make sure they are satisfied with our service!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have experience doing work for properties in the New England area but are continuing to learn something new everyday!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started doing this by offering our services to friends, family, and some neighbors. Pretty quickly we started to fill our schedule and now maintain multiple commercial + residential properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers like young home owners, busy family orientated parents, career driven hard working people, landlords, businesses, and retired folks who all have something in common, wanting to maintain beautiful curbside appeal for their home!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take on all sorts of projects, and enjoy doing all of them. We offer many different services and take great pride in being able to help our clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For customers looking to get this job done my humble advice would be to pick one project to get done at a time and don’t get overwhelmed. Everything is a process and takes time, but eventually you will have the results you want with consistency and reliable maintenance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We make it our priority to get the job done as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We are clear in our communication leaving little room for confusion, but we are more than happy to answer any questions that may arise.
