Our company takes immense pride in our work to ensure customer satisfaction and structural integrity. Our company has serviced Central Massachusetts for over 25 years now. Our crews are highly educated in landscape, hardscape, excavation and other various construction or landscape services. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to be as fair as possible with our pricing and to stay competitive with our competitors pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A follow up phone call from us to the customer will be provided to set up a date to discuss and walk through the property to where the new project is located. We will then access what needs to be done and give an estimate based off the services discussed. If the estimate is accepted we will then schedule a estimated date to when the project will begin and be completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner has been in the landscape/construction field for over 25 years. Our company holds a Home Improvement Contractors license. More than 75% employees have 5 years or more in the field. Roughly 75% of our employees have hoisting engineer licenses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company started in 2000 and since then we have been able to master our craft in landscaping, hardscaping, construction and much more.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a various demographic of customers from small residential homes, to larger residential homes, to small commercial buildings to large commercial properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our projects all vary on time of completion. But we can ensure that no project will be put off down the road as when we start a project we will complete that project before starting another.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If I were a customer I would look at images and videos of the work completed by the providers in the area. I like to think that companies who post their work take immense pride in their work like our company.
