Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no surprise fees. For ongoing services, we offer seasonal packages and multi-property discounts. Most projects are priced based on size, scope, and frequency, and we always provide a free estimate upfront. We’re happy to work with your budget where possible and will clearly outline any optional add-ons.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a conversation to understand your needs and goals, then schedule a site visit to evaluate the property in person. From there, we provide a detailed estimate and customized plan of action. Once approved, we schedule the work promptly and maintain open communication throughout the project. We pride ourselves on being dependable, responsive, and thorough.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over a decade of hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal, including running MowCo., LLC. My background includes irrigation systems, routine mowing, seasonal landscaping, and working with HOA boards and property management teams.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What started as working for other lawncare companies at the age of 19 turned into a full-time career and a business I love. I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and seeing the transformation of outdoor spaces. Over the years, I grew my own company, built a great team, and expanded our services to include everything from lawn care to full-scale property maintenance.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients including homeowners, landlords, real estate investors, property management companies, and HOA boards. Many of our long-term relationships are with condominium associations that need consistent, year-round service. We also work with busy families and retirees who want reliable care for their property without having to worry about the details.
