What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is specific to each individual property, determined from an exact measurement. We offer a 5% discount for Full Service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer provides their address so that we can measure the property with online tools. We then email the quote to them and discuss any questions they may have before servicing their property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 19 years in the lawn care field accompanied by ongoing education including routine state testing and classes for lawn application licensing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed the outdoors and the feeling of a job well done so lawn care has been an outstanding opportunity. This feeling is shared by our employees so that we can always take pride in each job we complete.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types property owners in our service area. Those who did their own lawn care in the past. People who have always hired it out, but are looking for a higher quality. New homeowners who want a great lawn right from the start. And everyone in between!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Taking on a property where the previous company had not performed to expectations and the lawn suffered as a result. We were able to turn the lawn around within a month and have continued to service it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at a company's past work to confirm they have the ability to professionally care for a lawn and make it look outstanding. Make sure they are responsive to your requests in a timely manner.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much of an environmental impact they want to make with their lawn and consider what type of applications and equipment they wanted used on their property.
