What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to be fair but sometimes I can’t go down on the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself and I ask what type of work they are wanting done and give them a fair estimate based on the amount of work that is being asked of me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a jack of all trades. I have worked many odd job throughout my life. Lawn care is one of those jobs I’ve dabbled in.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began two years ago and it started out as just testing the market to see if I enjoyed this type of work. After cutting my friends and families lawns, I decided to embark on lawn care more frequently.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many customers. All races and backgrounds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my customers requested my services and it ended up being two days worth of work. I trimmed, mulched and mowed their lawn.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please keep in mind holidays and please understand we also like to take those days to spend with our family.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should always ask if the provider has any experience in working certain lawn care. Ask a lot of questions if you have concerns.
