What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing system varies by the job. We take time out of our busy schedule to have a one on one meeting with the client. Before I leave the meeting you will understand exactly what you will be getting and if a price is not given on the spot a quote will be sent out within a few days specific to your project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step in the process is to reach out to the customer via email or phone. I will then set up a meeting with the client to visit their property to understand exactly what they desire. I will then either give them a price on the spot or email them a quote within a few days. Upon approval for the work to be completed I will visit to site again to complete the work discussed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Turf Management, Landscape Technologies, and Business Management degrees from NC State University.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was old enough to drive I decided that I wanted to go into the landscaping field. After high school I furthered my education at NC State University studying Turf Management and Landscape Technologies. I have always enjoyed working outdoors and with my hands so landscaping was the perfect fit for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with residential and commercial customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If I were a customer I would want to understand the extent of the service I was being provided. I would want to know how it will be performed and a schedule that the work will be performed on.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The main question a customer should ask theirselves are rather or not they are ready to complete the project. Many jobs lead to a dead end due to the customer not being ready or wanting to wait for a later date.
