What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick call or message, followed by a free on-site consultation where we walk the property, assess your goals, and give a clear, no-BS quote. From there, we schedule the work, show up ready, and leave your property transformed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’ve got over a decade of experience in hardscapes and drainage. Backed and led by a team comprised of military professionals who are reservists, national guardsmen, and veterans. Prioritizing discipline, reliability, and results. Our crews are trained for efficiency, precision, and doing the job with integrity.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This company is the product of a decade of hands-on work from co-founder Eric, who turned a once small side hustle into a streamlined, high-performing operation. Together, we’ve built something that blends craftsmanship with tactical execution.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone—from homeowners just trying to fix a drainage problem, to affluent clients with multi-tier patios and HOA boards managing large common spaces. No matter the budget, we deliver quality and clear communication.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just wrapped a paver staircase up a steep front yard, connecting street to porch. Took three days from excavation to final clean-up. Functional, beautiful, and built to last. This included a French-drain to divert excess water in already poor draining yard. That’s our kind of job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get a second opinion. Drainage and hardscapes are often oversold—or worse, underbuilt. Make sure your contractor explains the “why” behind their plan, not just the price tag.
