What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing starts at $5.00 to $8.50 a square foot installed. This price includes a 15 year warranteed turf, commercial permeable weed barrier, crusher fines, infill, installation stakes, seaming stables etc. Removal of existing yard not included in this price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would arrange a free home estimate. At this time samples will be shown and measurements taken.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

11 years of experience with over 200 yards installed in New Mexico. Primarily in the Albuquerque Metro area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was asked by a friend to help install a piece of turf on a burial plot for an elderly woman. Due to my knowledge she was confident it would be done right. The customer was happy and it grew from there

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked from 1st time home buyers to commercial indoor areas.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed a yard that was over 2500 sq ft with full removal for a local business owner. He was so happy we ended up doing his daughter's yard and another business he opened.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you hire an actual Artificial Turf Company and not just a "landscaper". Most landscapers don't offer a warranty and don't have to tools or experience to install a lawn property. Also make sure to ask the Face Weight and not the Total Weight. Some companies will use total weight which is a higher number making the customer think they are getting higher end product which in reality the Face Weight is what important. Also confirm the warranty. We offer an across the board 15 year warranty on all our turf.

Do your research and make sure you hire a professional. Turf is a luxury so keep in mind you get what you pay for.
