What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive pricing for high quality work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are a company that will first meet with the client and go over the project needs. I will either email or test you an estimate within 24 hours of looking at your project. We don't require deposits on our jobs, and we believe in a handshake and our word.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am college educated in economics and finance. I have worked in the business world for 25 years and decided in 2017 I wanted to follow my true passion of landscaping and working in the dirt. We have been through many seminars for uni-lock and did a week long training at Felbers for pavers and sanding techniques for hardscapes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I owned a 118 unit apartment complex and I loved doing the landscaping and outdoor work, so I decided to make it my career in 2017.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers. Residential and commercial Jobs

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love all our projects. They are all unique and different and that is the cool part about what we do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone with a proven track record. Hire some you can trust, that makes you feel comfortable having them on your property. My crew is required to always have their shirts on at all times, no smoking ever, and no foul language. Hire someone who still believes in integrity and a hard days work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know what you want. Don't be afraid to be direct. I will give my opinion, but it is your yard and what you think matters most. When we design a job, it is based on what the customer wants and likes. I believe simple is better and I like to use plants that are low maintenance and easy to care for.
