What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is very difficult to say "standard" when every project has different aspects from grading, to access, there are very few "standard" projects. With that, we discuss budgeting for all projects with our clients and we try to keep the clients set budget in mind throughout the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Face to face consultations with the client to get the best understanding of what they are looking for from their project. Then a digital rendering, CAD design, and cost analysis will be submitted shortly after. Once that is received, another follow up will be performed to make sure that the design encompassed and met all elements.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every season we enroll all of our foreman in multiple certifications, seminars, and new product classes. We are proud to safely offer the latest techniques and products as soon as they are made available.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential home owners, large and small commercial clients, HOAs, and multiple property management groups. We have the ability and equipment to tailor our service to meet the needs of a variety of requests.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a client who's foundation was being compromised due to a grossly miss installed concrete pad. We were able to work with their foundation specialists to remove the pad, repair their foundation, and give them TWO amazing outdoor living spaces.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you do your research! Anybody can claim to be able to install your project, but what do their other jobs look like today? Also, make sure you get a break down of costs on your estimate or contract, it's a good idea to know where every dollar of your budget is being spent.
