What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll walk the premise with you to better understand the scope of work and then sit down with you to consult about design, materials, goals, and budget. After the consultation, we'll create a computerized drawing, for your reference and review. Once you approve the drawing, we'll begin to source and quote.
