Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I don’t have any hidden fees. No estimate fees of the sort. I pride myself in my prices because I believe them to be fair and just compared to the market of other service providers. I price things as such so that I can cover my operating costs to ensure that the client is getting the best out of me and my equipment

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to meet them face to face so that I know who I’m working with. I like to write down everything they’re wanting done and see what their plans are and try to add some input if I can to better their experience and final product

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve been working with another company for a few years before starting my own. I studied biology in college so I’ve got the basics down for most of the plant life and chemicals that are in play

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It was a dream of my dads to have his own lawn care company and he couldn’t make it work. So I decided to take charge and start everything up so that he can do what he loves!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with about every customer under the sun.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Just finished up a leaf clean up. Client lived right beside a golf course and she had a ton of pine needles just laying in her yard. Picked them all up and bagged them to dump. It took about 3 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would make sure they’re reputable. Check online to see if they’ve scammed people out of money or if they stand behind their work (it installing hardscapes or plants). Because anyone can just say they do. Also, insurance is a plus. A lot of the times some people lack insurance so when they break something of yours they might just not come back
