What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies job to job due to the vast differences of each customer's landscape.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically introduce ourselves and talk a little bit about the job. Sometimes we ask the customers for photos of their landscape or job. And from there we like to set up a consultation/appointment where we can discuss the scope of the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've done this line of work for 20 years and I also have a business degree to help run my administration side of the business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up on a horse farm doing a lot of manual labor and I always enjoyed mowing the fields.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers all over Middle Tennessee from inner city homes to 20 acre horse farms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We maintain the largest development in Pleasant View, Tennessee. This complex has over 100 homes and is growing by the month. We love maintaining it and helping them grow as a community.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get reviews or referrals. There are a lot of companies out there in our line of work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my budget? Is this the right time of year for this project? Does this company have good reviews?
