What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Your satisfaction is our priority and we strive to provide lawn care services we are proud of. We start every project by providing a thorough consultation to understand your goals and the needs of the project. We do this to guarantee that the project is completed according to your preferences.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 20 years combined experience in landscaping. We are an insured company that complies with all requirements to work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Jonathan is responsible of our customer relations. Our customers are his priority. He does what he says he is going to do. He will make sure that your yard is a beautiful and usable space. Hugo is in charge of installation and maintenance. He makes sure that our designs are executed flawlessly and maintained beautifully, protecting your investment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial & Residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Tree trimming project. The area was fenced in no larger than .25 acre of space. The trees were big and definitely would not clear the fencing. Our customer said that many others declined to quote the job as it was something they would not tackle. The project took us two days. We removed the chain link fence and continued to clear the area. Removed leaves and trees from it. We even went an additional step to make our customer happy by placing tree logs around the fence, because she mentioned that one of her dogs was an escape artist. The area was cleared. The fence was placed back and we completed the project as requested. Great work!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

WHAT KIND OF LANDSCAPING DO YOU DO? We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

WHO WILL WORK ON MY LANDSCAPE? The only people who will work on your landscape are Southeast TN Lawn Care employees. Our team members have experience and horticultural backgrounds, and we will all be familiar with your landscape needs. ARE YOU INSURED AND LICENSED? We have all necessary licenses for our area, and we carry insurance for all of our projects.
