Pricing is a customized factor in this industry since not all residential and commercial clients have the same needs. It varies upon many different characteristics. Most importantly, both the client and the provider should be satisfied and comfortable with the pricing and service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication is essential; I prioritize understanding and knowing exactly what my clients want. When working with a new customer, getting to know them and listening in detail to all their needs is my first step in providing good customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree in Education and an associate's degree in Accounting. However, I have been involved in the mortgage and real estate industry for 7+ years; this experience has helped me be 100% focused on details, advocate for my clients, and provide quality service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in the Real Estate business for 7+ years, which led me to open my cleaning company to help clients, builders, and people around me; that's where I started in the cleaning business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a very diverse clientele; this is one of my favorite parts of my business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A 13,293 sqft post-construction residence took the whole crew 2 days to work on it to ensure we got everything. The customer was happy and satisfied with the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Feel free to ask anything that they want and need. Guessing prices sometimes scare clients away, but communication is the key.
