What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is competitive but still at a rate that allows you to receive top notch maintenance and service. I offer discounts for neighbors that book services together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I walk the property with the client and meticulously go over every detail of the services needed/desired. My equipment doesn’t leave my truck until the client is assured that they’re gonna receive 100% satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 4yrs on the job training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A few summers ago I helped my dad with yard work which I already had a passion for but quickly grew the desire to design and install beds.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly residential, remodeled homes, and new builds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The project I’m most fond of is my parents acre property. I was 16 when I was forced to work on it with my brothers but it’s there that I first fell in love with what I do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Sometimes choosing the lowest bid seems to be the best route, however it may not be the safest for the crew or your property. If you are on a low budget do your homework on the company you want hire in efforts to not waste money in the long run.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have a general idea of what they want (ie; bed installation, tree removal, lawn manicure) and an estimated budget they would like to maintain. My crew and I will do the rest.
