Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first step is the estimating, I like to see the project and put together on an on-site estimate with the customer considering their unique needs. After estimating we schedule, when is best for the customer and when I’m next available. There are a lot of things that roll into some projects, materials, delivery, tearing out old landscape and hauling, work time and man hours. After that I like to start the project and prefer to stay and finish the project all at once, making sure all needs of the customer are met.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I worked for years in landscaping and concrete while I was growing up. My military service and deployments gave me operational skills to run a business and set my standard of expectations very high. I like to focus on quality of work vs volume of work as a business. I love to learn, and take on new challenges so if there’s a project unique or challenging that’s where I thrive.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with any one who wants a good quality landscaping. I don’t like to cut corners so doing thing right the first time is very important to me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for quality over cheep, a mistake in landscaping or low quality work will cost a lot more money over time as it will need to be redone.
