What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are comparable and yet still negotiable. The aim is to build a long-term relationship. That’s how I have been able to sustain 36 years in business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically an estimate is scheduled so that there are no misunderstandings most importantly building a level of comfort and trust from my potential new lifelong client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Some people have natural skills when it comes to the type of work that people in my profession do everything has been through experience. The best teacher!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working outside being a part of nature is all anyone could ever ask for. Something that I found that I love to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

And the time that I have been in business, I have dealt with customers that may not have a clear vision, and once conversations have been had most certainly I want to see my customer with a smile and comfort. To me there are no difficult customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Graffiti removal project on the flood wall of RVA absolutely amazing to see the work to be outside to be working on the river with the highway and downtown Richmond all around absolutely wonderful. The project was on going.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest getting someone that you are compatible with. It’s just like forming a relationship. Always good that you can share similar interest in projects.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Basically, having a vision in mind being able to articulate it with your pro and then to see if we can bring our points to an end.
