What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is hard to determine when landscaping. Usual pricing in my area is 40$ mow, 10$ weeding,$10 edging, $20 shrubs and bush trimming,15$ dump fee if hauling is about average for an average house.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first try and get to know the exact need. Then find out what budget they are working with and try and come up with a few plans and options to meet the customers need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This type of works runs in the family. Been doing it since I could remember. Most of my uncles are professional landscapers in California. I just happen to fall in love with the Northwest and snowboarding. I have a few technical certifications and lots of proven success records.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Right out of high school I started a landscaping business that is still in business in Renton. This is my second business. I have all the commercial tools with lots of experience to do most jobs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners and renters. I also have some commercial routes I take care of.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love remodeling back yard because I make a personal and intimate space for the family to enjoy. A total remodel can range from a weekend to a few weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they look presentable with proper tools.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A good idea of what you want the finish project to look like if you have one in mind.
