What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on a number of factors depending on the service. We offer a military and first responder discount. We offer free estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process is to talk to the customer and listen to what kind of service(s) they need. Then we provide an estimate price for that service(s). We then work with the customer to find the best date and time to complete the agreed upon service. Often times I explain our services to the customer so they know how we will handle their specific concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Myself and my co-owner have been cleaning windows for over ten years. Much of our training with that service has come from experience. I completed a three day soft washing course in March 2019, that covered training related to roof cleaning, window washing, and house washing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We truly enjoy making our customers happy. The satisfaction of a job well done with seeing and hearing how happy our customers are is the drive that pushed us to start BlueLine. It is the driving factor that pushed us to add services such as cleaning gutters, siding, roofs, tile/grout and pressure washing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential and commercial customers from southeastern Wisconsin.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We cleaned the siding, soffits, fascia and gutters of two, 4-family condos in New Berlin. The project took us a day and a half. The transformation from algae and mold covered to clean and shiny was fun to see.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose BlueLine for any of the services we offer. We offer the best value in the industry with our experience and background. Know that we are typically not the lowest priced, but we are the best overall value.
