Wedding & lifestyle photography for the adventurous & romantic. Hello, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Amanda! My husband and I recently moved to the Birmingham area from Spokane, WA. He is a pilot in the Air Force and my favorite person in the world. We've been bouncing around the country for the last 8 years with our dog and have lived in Oklahoma, Washington and now, Alabama. I first picked up a camera in 2015 as a way to document the fleeting moments of our ever changing lives and my thirst for telling stories through photography grew from there. In Spokane, my love for photography grew exponentially when I decided to get an A.A. in photography. I learned to develop my own film and prints in the darkroom, honed my photoshop and editing skills, and developed my lighting techniques by learning off camera flash both in the studio and on location. Whether you are looking for a wedding photographer, a family, or portrait photographer, I have the technical/artistic ability and experience to capture your vision and communicate the deeper stories of your special relationships and milestone moments. I also really strive to build true connections with my clients and am there for you day and night throughout the planning process and on the day of your session. I will not only be your photographer, but your shoulder to lean on, your friend to call on if you need anything, and your forever hype woman.
