What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing I feel is within the budget for everyone. I think I am lower than others but give the same quality. The reason is, I love what I do. My goal is to make the experience about the client and not me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to get to know my customer before time for shooting. I want to know what they are looking for. I want to know the likes and dislikes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I did not go to school for it. I found mentors and trainers online. Some of them saw some photos I had shared years ago and like them. They started giving me tips that helped me get better.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up I always took photos. Never saw it as being a business though. I did it out of passion. Within doing so, people started to like what I was doing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weddings, church events, birthday parties, Day Cares, small family portraits, couples, headshots, and football games for high schools.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There was this one prom shoot that I did. The kids looked great together. It was a boyfriend/girlfriend. Their parents were so pleased with the shoot, they said the photos actually make the couple look like happy newlyweds

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When you see my page, STOP! Don't go any further. I aim to give you the service you are looking for at a price you can afford. :-)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will it take? Will you travel? How are you with the kids? Do you do studio and or outside shoots?
