Q&A

unfold fold
Most big companies charge by the hour. Because we are a small business, are overhead is low and we charge on a project by project basis depending on the clients budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Meeting clients is a a must. After meeting and getting a feel for what the client wants/needs, I explain how my drones work and what they are capable of. Every drone is different, and some are better for certain jobs than others.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are FAA part 107 certified. This means I have studied as a regular pilot would and taken and passed the tests handed down from the Federal Aviation Administration. We are familiar with the ins and outs of where, when, and how we can fly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It started as a fun hobby. We started getting requests from friends and family to work on certain projects. When we realized that we could start a viable business offering these services, we decided to do whatever was necessary to make sure that we were able to do it legally, and the rest is history

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Real estate agents, brides to be, car dealerships, developers. Quite simply, if you name it, we have probably worked with them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Music City Dream Cars of Nashville. They specialize in renting high end luxury vehicles. The original commercial took about a week to film, edit, and produce.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure your remote pilot is operating legally lest they get in some trouble with the FAA

unfold fold
