What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I go above and beyond for each and every client so you will always get way more than what you pay for. Whatever I quote you will be from the information given to me at the time and If something was to change after that we will always discuss the change before I would ever charge more. I want to be affordable but do the best work out there that makes me the go to guy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know each and every customer with their own specific wants and needs is important to me, most customers want a professional to already know what they are thinking and want so I ask key specific questions to make sure you will be completely satisfied and amazed at the end result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my Part 107 license for commercial drone flying, along with that I have done extensive training and courses for taking photographs in many different lighted scenes which has come to me naturally but knowing what to do in different situations is key to getting that one shot that outshines above everyone else.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing nature photography that lead into drone photography and eventually spread into more and more people asking me to do weddings and events. After moving from Hot Springs and learning a lot about wedding photography and videography at the Garvin Woodland Gardens wedding chapel, I continued capturing everything from real estate to special and memorable events moving up here to the Fayetteville area. I have a keen eye for detail, have the proper and right quality equipment and have a passion for getting that shot that stands above the rest, you will not be disappointed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have such a diverse background of customers from working with so many different types of clients from state officials, business owners, at weddings and events to home owners and many different nationalities due to travel.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love taking aerial shots of buildings and homes. A client asked for some home and property photographs to put a listing up for sale. With the home overlooking the lake, the aerial shots taken shouted out to the potential buyers that that was the home they were looking for and they could see themselves living in for years to come.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You get what you pay for in the world of photography and when people are normally willing to do a job for a lot less than what is the normal rate they most likely won’t have a quality finished product. That matters and it matters that people go above and beyond for every single customer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look at other people style of photography, lighting, and wow factor, if the pictures scream out to you “that’s what I want” then you know they may be a good candidate.
