My pricing is based on quality. I don't like to base my pricing on time. I want photos that wow you and that you truely enjoy. For real estate photography I base more on per image you request to have. Again I want to get you what you need to sell that house.

I want to get to know you and get to understand each other. This is very important in portraits and family photos. If possible I want to meet you ahead of time and get a feel for what you want. We might even head to where you want to shoot if you have a particular location.

I am self taught, but have taken many online and in person mini classes.

Had a camera as a kid and enjoyed it. Didn't truely start learning and getting into the true details until only a few years ago. As I joined more organizations with photography and found that my heart was in it I decided I wanted to bring this joy to others.

All types from young to old. Just because you have young kids doesn’t mean to hold off getting that family photo. I will work with them and you and just work with the time we got.

Find someone in click with. It is hard when money is tight to not go with just the cheapest person. Make sure you get someone who will stand behind what they say they will provide.

Locations they may want or style if they have something in particular. Ages of kids is always helpful to know and interests. You want the best photos then you need to make sure the photographer knows how to engage them. How long you have to do the photos. Is this going to be a quick we get what we get or do you have time it takes to setup and get everyone ready and comfortable to get the best images possible. If your a real estate agent or selling your home by owner what portions of the property do you want to showcase the most? Does the home owner need help in making the home photo ready? How many photos do you think you will need?
