We're Los Angeles based production team, specializing in real estate, aerial photography and videography, 3D virtual tour, and virtual staging. MLS preferred and Zillow certified photographer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge according to the area of the property, starting from $250 up to 2,000 sq.ft. +$50 per additional 1,000 sq.ft We also provide 3D walkthrough service. You will get free drone photo when you order both photo and 3D service. Yes you will see many newcomers far cheaper but you are getting top customer service and years of professional experience that was not learned from just watching YouTube or Instagram overnight.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Please allow several days advance notice for booking. But feel free to check for possible last minute availability.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Zillow certified Photographer team. We had Trained on media products by Zillow — including video walkthroughs and 3D Home — which can get your listings more visibility in market, and we passed quality checked by Zillow

How did you get started doing this type of work?

9 years ago, I just started to get into photography. A friend of mine just became a real estate agent. He has a house that needs to be listed and needs photos. He thinks that the phone photos are not good enough, so he asked me to take a set of photos with a professional camera, and then I slowly build up my business in this Industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A home owner contacted me. He is selling his house, his realtor try to send her own photographer to take picture for his house. After he saw photographer's work; he don't really like that. I took 4 hrs for whole services including photo, drone photo and 3D walkthrough. After the final photos came out, the realtor and owner were very satisfied. Finally, my photos helped his listing stand out of the market and sell the house in just 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The aim of hiring a skilled real estate photographer is to sell the agent who is selling the house — not the home itself. That might seem strange to you, but it is the idea that encompasses the need for real estate agents to employ a skilled photographer for any shoot, even if homes are selling quickly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you want your listing stand out in a crowed marketplace, you are not only selling a house, but also building up your professional image. Stop thinking and just contact us.
