What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always have deals going on, especially for Weddings!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We walk them through everything. Our customers do nothing on their own. Once we get all the details and they book an appointment with us, we ask them to put down a deposit so save the date and time. After the photo session we will edit the photos and before we send them, we will have you pay the rest of the fee then we send them to you. You get all photos edited and unedited.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I use to help out, follow along, and learn from a close family friend of mine, who is a professional photographer. Then I just spent time practicing and decided to open my own business with my husband.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been into photography. In 2018 I had the privilege to work behind Scene with a close family friend of mine. She was a professional photographer! After some time spend with her, my husband and I decided to start our own business!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. Ones who are on time and not on time. Customers who know exactly what they want and some who are unsure and ask us photographers to lead them. We have had all different ages, including newborns. We have also had the opportunity to capture special memories of a few handicap families as well. Everyone we have done photoshoots and videography for, have became part of our family.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our very first wedding we captured in Merced, Ca. It was very beautiful. We even had the chance to work along the side of a second photographer. It was a very special moment. Weddings is one of our favorites to be apart of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know what you want and get all your questions answered before you book something.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly your wanting, how long you are wanting it (especially for weddings and parties) and have a location ready if possible
