Introduction

Go to my website for contact info! Looking for an experienced photographer who makes you feel comfortable, feel your best and poses you just right? I'm your girl! I take a variety of posed and candid photos from engagements to weddings, family, maternity, and even newborn in-home sessions. I make the experience fun for everyone, or so I've heard! By the end of the session, we'll be lifelong friends. :) I learned portrait and wedding photography from my own wedding photographer and then took online courses to do it professionally. With background from being an elementary school teacher for a few years, I know how to direct people to position well and make children feel comfortable smiling. People are always my focal point. I love to capture the best of you and do it in the most beautiful locations. Whatever requests you have for your photos, I'll try my best to make it happen and add my own artistic touch. My process: 1. Learn your expectations for what you want in your photos and see if we’re the right fit. 2. Determine the location/Price: Local, SF, beach or other nature spots? Your house? You decide. Depending on the location, I may have a travel fee. 3. When? I plan to meet you generally one hour before sunset as that is the best lighting for photography. It is also known as golden hour! 4. Length? A one hour session is generally enough time for portrait photography. I take as many photos as we can with a variety of poses and candid portraits considering your “best features” to have the best collection of photos. You may choose to add on time and have outfit changes if you like as well! 5. What you’ll get: I select the best photos out of the almost five hundred to a thousand I take! In the end I'll edit and deliver at least 65 high resolution edits in a "classic" look that has a warmer, but original coloring and touch up the lighting. Next, I put my signature filter on the photos! You’ll have both a timeless and trendy look on your images. Delivery: online photo sharing website I email you a link where you can view the photos and download the highest quality edits. These photos can be downloaded from any computer and to google drive or uploaded to your favorite photo printing website. Contact me via my website! :)

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have an inexpensive rate for quality photos. Since I am a newer photographer I am still building up my portfolio and clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I call the customer, chat with them about their expectation and set a date for our photoshoot. If we are doing a large event, I have a contract to be signed with details about expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I completed a photography course online, and completed a bachelor of science in education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always loved holding a camera and taking photos and videos. My own wedding photographer inspired me to start it up professionally when she saw the talent and drive I have for photography. People are beautiful to me and I love to make them the focus of my work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Friendly people from all cultures.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project I loved was shooting for a wedding in Los Alamos, California. It was an 8 hour session with a ceremony, reception and bridal photos. It took me about 5 hours at least to edit the photos.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look at the photos in their portfolio and make sure they match the look you are going for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What’s more important to them? Quality photos or an inexpensive price? What is the look or style you are going for?
