Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The cost is calculated based on the number of hours of shooting. The cost includes photo editing, a beautiful photo gallery that is easy to share with your family. You will get a lot of photos from details and perfect portraits to candid shots. It is important to understand that my work is not limited to the event and actually takes about 8-12 hours extra, including travel, editing, filming, working with files, documents, correspondence. And I also pay for all leads, so make sure you are familiar with all the information

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First we exchange messages about the details to understand that our goals and means coincide. Then I ask for a small deposit ($50) to reserve the date you need. A few days before the event date, I will write to you again to confirm my presence. I arrive at the shooting 30 minutes early to set up the camera. After the shoot I need 10 days to edit the photos. When everything is ready I send you a link to the gallery for viewing and downloading.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I graduated from art school and am constantly improving my skills by attending master classes with leading photographers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started taking pictures of my children, friends' events, which really captivated me and I made photography my profession.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have a lot of experience in filming and I have met different people. I am very empathetic, so I understand people's needs at the moment and always find a solution and a common language with any person.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
If you find understanding with a professional during correspondence/communication, then it will be easy with him during the shooting. Trust your feelings
