Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is set by how much time is spent on location the day of a shoot. General post processing is free, while advanced services like airbrushing is on a per-project basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically we engage in an introductory email exchange, so you can spell out exactly what it is that you're looking for. We then either continue communicating by email or set up a phone or in person conversation. After the details are all ironed out, I require a 50% deposit to lock in the date via Zelle or Venmo. Photos are delivered via a Drive folder, along with a thumb drive if requested. After that, everyone is super happy and we look forward to working with each other again!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have multiple degrees in Multimedia Art, along with many years of professional photography and video production experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say to make sure you have good introductory meeting either on the phone or in person with the professional to see if you have a good vibe with them. As much as their portfolio, it's important that you can get along with the person and have a good working relationship, this just makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Pick someone whom you can work with. Having the right personality on set is crucial to get things done quickly and efficiently. It can really make or break a project if there is tension and butting heads while your trying to work. I pride myself on being very accomadating and making sure everyone is respectful and the work day goes smoothly and is enjoyable for everyone.
