What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a quick conversation to understand your goals—what needs to be captured, how the media will be used, and your preferred turnaround time. Once scheduled, I scout the location virtually or in person, then shoot and deliver edited content on time, usually within 24–48 hours. I keep things clear, timely, and professional from first contact to delivery.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m FAA-certified to fly drones commercially and have years of hands-on experience shooting properties, landscapes, and marketing assets. I stay current with editing techniques, real estate media trends, and FAA regulations to ensure high-quality, compliant work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began with a passion for visual storytelling through drones and photography. After helping friends with their listings and land marketing, I realized the impact that great media can have—and I’ve been offering those services professionally ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with realtors, brokers, property owners, and land investors. Some need a home listing turned around quickly. Others want large rural properties documented for buyers. I also help people who just want beautiful aerial footage of their homes or land for personal reasons.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently documented an 800-acre parcel in the San Luis Valley. It involved capturing road frontage, key landmarks, and access points, all delivered as raw drone media for a land sales team. It took half a day to shoot and under 48 hours to deliver. They appreciated how the visuals made a vast space more relatable and marketable.
