What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Although our pricing is set by the packages we offer, meeting our client's needs is our TOP PRIORITY and we are always open to negotiation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process of working with new clients is actually quite simple: 1- We hear their needs and expectations about the projects, 2- We listen to their ideas about it, 3- and more importantly we let them know that we do not impose any style, photo presets or artistic concept. Everything emerges organically from that amazing relationship we create with them. EVERY CLIENT IS DIFFERENT AND DESERVES ORIGINAL AND UNIQUE MEMORIES.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On top of the most important skills, which are Creativity and Imagination, An Eye for Detail, Patience and Flexibility, and a ton of Passion and time dedicated to photography and videography art, we have a Specialization in High-end Color and Lighting Correction; and Video Editing and After Effects. We are also Adobe Create Cloud Certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

About 15 years ago I grabbed a camera in my hands for the first time and... that's it! Never was able to put it aside again 😊 Then, I was blessed with a wife that shares the same professional passion and here we are!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a great variety of different clients and every single project is equally important to us!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's quite an intimate experience to be photographed and trust is a factor that cannot be stressed enough. There are a lot of great photographers with their own visions out there, but you need to find a person with whom you'll feel comfortable. Also, we particularly recommend you spend some time checking the work and reading the reviews from other clients. There's no better way to really understand the level of quality and dedication that has been put into every step of the process.
