How did you get started doing this type of work?

So I’m actually already a makeup artist and I have been for 5 years now, and being around the environment of weddings constantly made me want me want to do more in the industry. So I thought, WHY NOT PHOTOS?! I had the camera, I knew I always had an eye for taking photos. So that’s how I started!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be, make sure the photographer you would like to book speaks to you, emotionally. Make sure the emotions they show through photos is what you are looking for, make sure your connection to them is who you are looking to be around especially for something as big as your wedding day!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think about the value that the photographer is bringing to them. Not in price, but the experience as a whole.
