What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Wedding Photography is a flat hourly rate & includes all edited images on a keepsake USB drive & box with a print release. Complimentary engagement sessions are included in some Wedding Collections. Portraits Sessions are priced to include a consult to discuss your vision & requirements of me, location of your choice, in person image reveal & ordering session. Collections & products for all portraits sessions are priced separately & created at the ordering session. Weddings include all digital files with a print release. I do offer seasonal mini sessions at a discounted price with online galleries and digital downloads. Always check with me about those! :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Let's chat over details of what you're looking for & set up a consult to further discuss your session/event. When you're ready to book, I send over an invoice & contract for your session. Once session takes place I will prepare a gallery for your ordering session & meet with you in the following few weeks to view your portraits & place your order. For seasonal mini sessions, I prepare an online gallery & make available for you to download your files included with sessions.

I am a self taught photographer, always growing and learning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at photographers portfolios, reach out to the one that has a style that you love. Also find someone who makes you feel comfortable & confident! That's very important & makes a huge difference in your portraits when you're able to be yourself.
