Introduction

If you're seeking a professional headshot photographer for your staff or event and require an on-site studio setup for anywhere from five to hundreds of people... you've come to the right place! Here's what you can expect... A photographer that's easy to work with! An efficient workflow on your shoot day! As we shoot, every photo goes directly to a laptop, where people can review their headshots and select their favorites. There is no having to wait for a proofing gallery. Staff headshots for large groups usually take about 3-5 minutes per person. Sometimes, executives will want more than one final retouched shot, which will take longer. A fast turnaround on retouching and delivery. A basic retouching process occurs during the shoot, followed by detailed final retouching afterward. Depending on your staff size, headshots will be available for download from a private gallery within 2-3 business days. For same-day professional retouching, you can upgrade to an on-site retoucher for the shoot day.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Some services have flat rate pricing while others such as commercial photography require an understanding of the project first to see what will be involved.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
With many services offered, we start first with understanding which service they are in need of and what are the outcomes they are looking for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am passionate about learning something new everyday and with the vast resources that I have tapped in to over the past 25 years I can truly say that experience is the greatest teacher.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
For years, clients had to source out their own photography that was needed for their design projects. For me, it was a natural progression to pick up a camera and become a one stop shop for photography, graphic design, and website design.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My client base is very wide from industrial, to transportation to individual families as well as the music industry.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You can go outside and throw a rock and likely hit a photographer these days. But there is a wide span within that group when it comes to excellence and creativity. And the cheapest photographer only gets work because they are the cheapest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long is the turn around time? Can I see examples of the same type of photography.
