We bid all of our projects based on square feet, starting at $150

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a checklist for you, so you can have everything ready when we get there. It makes for a very organized shoot.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mark is a professional photographer who loves all types of photography. Mark trained at the FBI Academy and spent 25 years working for various law enforcement agencies and the military as a photography specialist, giving him a tremendous eye for detail! He retired from law enforcement to start The Complete Picture.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This was a logical progression after retiring from forensic photography.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with REALTORS, vacation rental hosts, insurers, architectural firms, and builders.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In addition to real estate sales, we've been shooting a lot of vacation rental properties. Out turn around time is 48hrs for these, and the sooner they are posted on the various websites, the sooner they can begin generating income.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the photographer's portfolio and background. Not everyone can just pick up a camera and provide you with a great product.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about what you really need. In addition to the regular photography, there are a number of add-ons, like drones, twilight, vido, and 3D tours. All can have their place, but they aren't always needed either. Low bid isn't always the best bid.
