Introduction

I have 50+ Reviews, ALL 5-Stars! Copy & Paste to see reviews: thumbtack.com/-Louisville-KY/service/2275787 "Pictures say a 1,000 words... Great images don't have to say a thing". ...Steven Bullock, Photographer I have been shooting Real Estate Architecture, Shopping Centers, Retail, Fast Food, Free Standing, Industrial and Commercial images professionally full time since 2007. Award winning photographer, high demand. I mix in Commercial, Products, Corporate Events and Headshots, basically have done many shoots covering everything except weddings. I don't do Weddings! LOL. I travel ALL over the North America and spend several days each month in Chicago Region. SO I can be your shooter for ANY region. Example; I was just in FLA shooting 2 CVS Pharmacies for a Broker out of Boston, I was then In the Keys shooting a Snorkeling Company, I am scheduled for Chicago later this month. I have completed OVER 375 shopping center shoots ACROSS THE COUNTRY. I attempt to book multiple shoots in regions so I can keep expenses low as possible, to have minimal affect on the fee. In the Fall of 2019 I shot 76 sites in 90 days in distanced from Chicago to Manhattan, Baltimore, NC, to Miami to Denver to Yucca Valley CA, Pasa Robles CA back to NC and Indy. Traveling is my niche. I am Always on-time, Always communicate progress, Always deliver on-time. I shoot with Pro Gear, use pro methods. My objective is to be your FIRST call when you have a shoot to do. I enjoy the challenge of creating impactful images. Images that have an affect on the viewer. I pride myself in being able to shoot EVERY kind of shoot you can possibly want. Except Weddings. I don't do weddings! Bridezillas and all of that. 80% of what I shoot is Architecture and Business related. 15% is Pro Sports; NFL, KY Derby ( I am one only 28 Shooters in the world allowed ON THE TRACK when the derby race goes off), INDY500, Brick Yard 400, World Championship Air Races, Boston Marathon and NYC Marathon scheduled for this year. 5% is whatever I want to shoot.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I can offer Basic, Standard, Premium (most common) and High End custom. You get what you want. We just need to define what you want or need. Let's talk about it. Work out the plan and be efficient and professional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to discuss the objectives and then offer solutions and build a plan with the client. We set expectations and then move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I was mentored personally by an NYU Photography Instructor for 3 years and I also have many years experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I committed full time professionally in 2007.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Brokers, Investment Companies, Marketing Pros, Realtors, Corporations, Franchisors/ees, Contractors and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Aventura Florida (North Miami) I shot the new Aventura Shopping Center stills and video on a short notice and then was in Iowa City Iowa 3 days later to shoot the University Of Iowa School Of Music Symphony Hall. I just finished 2 shoots of CVS Pharmacies for a Broker out of Boston, MA, and then went on to the Florida Keys and Shot Captain Pip's Snorkeling Tour. Then to Chicago to shoot in St Charles area and lever in Hammond IN nearby. Each takes as long as needed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Let's talk. Not every person behind the camera chooses the same POV. Basically the skill level is THE most important to consider. If you want a glorified snap shot, that's not what I do. Is he/she insured? If drone (sUAV) is involved do they have the FAA Part 107 Certification (aka license)? A definitive plan BEFORE the shoot is a must. Anything less and one is adding risk that's not necessary. Discuss the shoot, the end use, the impact expected and details of the end product. Just fyi; I get many gigs to go in after the client had already had a shooter do the shoot. Unfortunately the client did not get what they needed. I get he call and get it done quickly and always on time...and the type images they wanted. Remember that you can get lucky and get good pics from a cheap photographer, but you almost always get what you pay for. I was there years ago. I now know what I didn't know then. Hire a Pro.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Realistic & legit BUDGET. Let's talk. Additionally; when, image style, end use, what, where, how, gear, expectations, All of that wraps up to inform me of HOW the shoot needs to be done and which fee bracket you are in for your shoot.
