Hello everyone!!! I’m Shelby, a little about me. I started photography back in high school where I took multiple classes to advance and expand my field in photography, with picking up my first camera when I was fifteen, It’s never been out of my hand since. I started Images by Shelby back in 2020 during Covid, starting right out of high school and walking into college where I graduated with my associates in photography two years later. This has been my own growing passion for about 8 years now and I’ll never fall out of love for it. Photography, for me, has grown from just taking photos to creating memories that I get to share with others. Whether it's a senior graduating from high school or working with families, seeing a smile on my clients faces is the thing that keeps this passion alive for me. I have been in business for over 20 years. I have extreme attention to detail in lighting, editing/retouching and making sure my clients look their best in front of the lens. I shoot tethered to my MacBook in the studio and on location. This is very helpful for my clients, they are able to see the results on the spot. I take time to get to know my clients, it's not just about photography, it's about building relationships. I work well with all personality types and I am great at getting people comfortable, this ensures more great images to choose from. Doing what you love is freedom. Loving what you do is happiness. I love all aspects and genres of photography and post production. I do my best to get it right in camera, but there is a lot of magic that happens in post production. I love seeing the final product and hearing the positive feedback from my clients.
