I have been a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City member and started in their Young Professional group. That is when I started creating beautiful images from this wonderful organization and their events.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have loved every project I have been assigned, but if I had to pick one assignment, it would be working on selections for Kansas City Fashion Week (KCFW). It is my heart and joy. I can spend the majority of hours shooting candid and editorial shots and runway photos with the best models in the city. I have been working with this group for 7 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One of the most important things to do before hiring a photographer is to review their portfolio. It will give you an idea of how they take photos, how they will use your images, and their editing style. Where they went to school and where they were trained are also important factors, as photography is an art. Years of experience in the industry would also be good to know.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When choosing a photographer, the potential client should ask the following questions: What fundamental emotion do you want to portray in your photos? What is your current demographic, and what do they like most about yours? What is the main reason for choosing me as a photographer? Do we have a similar style that clients connect with? Are my prices within their budget?
