What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Thumbtack is a great place to find a great deal. Make sure you list as many specs about your photography request so that Christopher can quote accordingly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A personal phone call will be the first contact. I want to make sure that all details and questions are answered. Well talk and check the schedule then you will receive a confirmation email. If you dont receive the email call me immediately. The day before the session I will call you and confirm the location and time of the session. Within a few days after the session (or the day of) you will see your images in your own personal gallery. Usually orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks depending on complexity or within a few days if full rights are purchased.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have attended Winona International School of Photographer in Chicago and Atlanta plus attended on location schooling and trained under the nation’s top photographers; Gary Fong, Los Angeles, Monty Zucker, Washington DC, Clay Blackmoore, Washington DC, Don Blair, Chicago, and Ken Whitmeyer, Yakima, Washington. His photography has been published in over 30 magazines from California to New York. Christopher is a three Time AN-NE Award recipient from the Professional Photographers of America. He has over 19 Merits and has spoken to his peers at their National Convention. He is also a member of Professional Photographers of America and Kansas Professional Photographers Association.
