What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of photography experience, including a strong background in architectural, real estate, and drone photography. Before focusing on real estate media in the U.S., I worked as a wedding and event photographer in Europe, which taught me how to capture spaces with emotion and precision. I continuously study industry trends, editing techniques, and real estate marketing to deliver visuals that help listings stand out and sell faster.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a wedding and event photographer in Europe, where I developed a strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition. After moving to the U.S., I saw how powerful high-quality visuals could be in real estate marketing — not just to showcase homes, but to help agents sell faster and stand out in a competitive market. That’s when I transitioned into real estate photography, combining my creative background with a business-focused approach.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including real estate agents, brokers, builders, Airbnb hosts, and interior designers. Whether it's a cozy mountain cabin, a luxury estate, or a new construction project, I tailor each shoot to match the client's goals and the property’s unique character.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project I’m especially proud of was a premium real estate shoot at 78 Running Creek Trail, Arden, NC, located in the prestigious The Cliffs at Walnut Cove community. This luxury home is listed for $2,675,000 and offers 4,800 sqft of refined living space — including 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 offices, and a 2-car garage.
For this listing, I provided a full media package:
Interior & exterior photography
Twilight photography to highlight the home’s ambiance at sunset
Aerial drone shots showcasing the surrounding landscape
Virtual staging to bring key spaces to life
3D virtual tour for immersive online viewing
The goal was to capture the elegance, scale, and setting of this custom-built home in a way that resonates with luxury buyers. Everything was delivered within 48 hours to help the agent launch the listing quickly and with impact.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for quality, consistency, and reliability.
When hiring a real estate media provider, don’t just compare prices — review their portfolio to see how well they capture lighting, space, and emotion. Make sure they offer fast turnaround times, understand MLS requirements, and are easy to communicate with. Great photos are more than just sharp images — they tell a story that helps sell the property.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about the story you want your listing to tell.
Before speaking with a real estate media professional, consider:
What type of property is it — luxury, vacation rental, new construction, or resale?
What are the most important features to highlight (views, layout, lighting, upgrades)?
Do you need just photos, or also video, drone, 3D tour, or virtual staging?
What is your timeline for listing the property?
Having clarity on your goals will help your photographer deliver exactly what you need — quickly and effectively.
