What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have various base package options that can be sound on my website under services. I am always open to any additional add-ons or more custom packages with clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a potential client reaches out, we do a consultation call to go over the type of shoot and expectations. Once everything has been discussed and agreed upon, your shoot has passed. You will receive a preview of the gallery within 48 hours. The final gallery, where you will be able to download digital images and, additionally, purchase any print options within 7 days of your shoot date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Not only have I been formally educated, and have a bachelor's degree in photography. I also have 10+ years in the industry in various forms between different companies, from sports, event, and portrait photography to managing teams and employees of departments, and various portrait studios.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always loved the idea of a forever moment within a photograph. So much so that I went to school for photography and loved the process so much I never looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have had the privilege to work with a diverse client roster. From individuals who are just looking for headshots, seniors who are graduating from high school and college, families who are trying to capture moments in their lives, to small businesses who are looking for product images, or an updated interior space for their website, and large corporations who need event coverage.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always recommend to people when looking for a photographer, to hire someone who matches your personality or that you click with. Because they will make sure your vision is the most important.
