Introduction

Hi I'm Marco Mendez the person behind the camera, I was born and raised in Venezuela. Me and my family came to Greensboro, NC in 2017. I am also the founder of another success Photography company called MM Triad Photography which main industry is Residential and Commercial Real Estate Photography. We have been working in the Triad since 2020 and have served more than 300 clients and accomplished more than 2,000 projects. I have a bachelor degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in PR and Advertising , I also have a degree in Marketing Management, I had the pleasure to work at the “Corporate” Industry for more than 10 years at companies such as: InterContinental Hotels Groups, Coca-Cola FEMSA and Hilton. I have been working as a full time and commercial photographer the last 3 years, I am always looking for creativity composition that evoke feelings and emotions. Beyond photography, I am the father of 2 little boys who love to swim and play soccer. I enjoy checking out local breweries and enjoy spending time with family and friends. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price that I offer are base on the length of the photography project. I am always happy to have a phone call to understand the scope of the project before sending a quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The most important thing for me is to understand the project and the scope of it. Not inly for new customers, also for repeat customers, every single project is different. I am obsessed with the customer service, that said, the communication is key for me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I own a degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in PR and advertisement, plus a Master degree in Marketing Management. I have +10 years of professional experience working at the Marketing department with companies such as: Coca-Cola, InterContinental Hotels Group and Hilton. I am also the top rated Real Estate Commercial Photography company on Google.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After working 3 years as a full time real estate photographer, taking care of more than 300 clients and photographing more than 2,000 projects is time to move with a more demanding (quality) Industry.

Architecture, Interior Design, Builders, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Companies like Toyota, Natural Bridges and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was hire for an architecture company in Texas, the project took place in Greenville, NC, I had a 2 days shooting and the photos will be used for marketing purposes, awards and portfolio.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience Matter, however, over the 15 years of experience, the most important thing is the customer service, If you don't find a photographer who really take care of every single person that belong to a project will be very difficult to finish a very demanding project with a lot of moving parts.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Scope of the project, companies that are involved with the project, usage of rights, turnaround of the project. However, those are question (and many more) that a photographer should ask in the exploration phone call or emails.
