Introduction

Please only reach out if you're serious! I'm a self-taught photographer who follows a unique style of capturing moments. I capture images that reflect on each individuals character and personality. Since the moment I discovered photography, I grew aware of intricate detail in every human, landscape, and object. It helped build my love for people and the world around me.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Events: $250-$300/hr Weddings: $500/hr Portrait/Engagement Sessions: $700 Headshots: $500

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I adapt to each customer as an individual. I like to talk first via phone and set up a time and place for each photoshoot held along with any other details incorporated with the session. Preferred payment is cash which is due at time of the shoot. I also accept Debit/Credit, Paypal, Venmo, and Chase pay. Portrait sessions typically run around 90 minutes long unless you are booking a longer session. For all shoots, I arrive around 10-15 minutes early to insure I am ready for the start time. When the shoot is all wrapped up, you can expect the photos within 1-7 days after the session. Weddings do take longer, typically 2-4 weeks following the ceremony but I do send around 15 sample photos within 72 hours of the wedding. I edit all of my photos and deliver them digitally via Google Drive or Dropbox. I also have an online gallery I use as well for bigger sessions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am self-taught and have professionally been shooting photography for 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I originally purchased a camera to capture moments of friends and family. My parents were never ones to take photos and I wanted to have memories of everyone in my life as I grew older. Years down the road, I now help other families, businesses, bands, friends, and individuals keep special moments documented and it's always a joy to be apart of their lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with a wide variety of customers from businesses like Coca-Cola to small weddings of just two.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
One thing I've learned myself from hiring people is never to cheap out Many photographers put thousands of dollars and hours of time into their equipment and editing! If you are looking to hire someone and under pay, you're either not going to get quality work or the photographer you hire is underselling him/herself. Photography is much more than snapping a photo, it's a loving profession and deserves to be treated just as every other profession in this world!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A brief description of the event/shoot, how long you'd like me there, how you'd like the photos delivered, if you need help finding a location.
