01. Consult After making an inquiry, we'll set up a time to chat on the phone and get to know each other. During the call we will discuss your wedding day plans, my photo/video/photo booth packages, and how we can work together to perfectly capture your big day! 02. Book After the consultation we'll send over a proposal including your selected services, payment breakdown, and contract. You'll be able to view and approve the quote as well as look over the contract and terms before signing and making your retainer payment. 03. Plan Over the next few months you'll be receiving email reminders and detail questionnaires to keep you organized throughout your wedding planning process. We are available via phone, text, or email at any point to help answer any questions you may have throughout your wedding journey. 04. Enjoy Photos and videos will be delivered during a super fun formal viewing session at my home studio. They will then be sent to you via an online gallery so you have easy access to all of your edited high resolution images. Feel free to share, post, and print as often as you desire. Professional print and keepsake album album options are available at the formal viewing and after your session.

KEM offers award winning wedding media services to queer, offbeat, and adventurous couple's across the globe. When you work with our team, you are truly seen, valued, and safe to be your authentic self. There’s no need to explain, justify, or re-out yourself to us to see if we're a good fit — we embrace and celebrate your individuality and relationship exactly as it is.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Ask to see a couple full galleries of work! Social media only shows a highlight reel of the best images. You want to make sure that they are capable of capturing an entire wedding day, from direct light portraits to sunset to indoor receptions! 2. Ask how many weddings they've shot, not just how many yers they've been working. Some people have shot 50 weddings in a year and some have shot 15. It's the quantity of events that really counts! 3. Ask to review the contract before you sign! Take a good look at the cancelation policy, associate shooter policy, turn around time, and file handling procedure. A true pro will be able to back up and speak about any part of their contract BEFORE you get booked. 4. Make sure they have reviews on multiple platforms. A big red flag is not seeing any real reviews or having reviews turned off. If a company has changed their business name a bunch, started over multipole times, or deleted review platforms it's likely they're trying to hide something negative from you.
