Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on the work involved. At the beginning of the project, we do our best to understand what is needed and how long it will take to accomplish that work. We also work to understand what our client's budget is and we do our best to work with them and stay within their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We ask questions. We do our best to understand what your needs are. We ask about why the photography is needed, how it will be used, when is it needed by. We want to understand what your expectations are and then meet or exceed them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We love to learn. The field of photography is always evolving. We do our best to understand where the industry is going and what the latest technologies are. We are members of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and we regularly attend their meetings and training classes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have loved photography since I was a child. I love to freeze time and capture the moment. I started as a professional photographer in 2011. I started by photographing events at my church and it has grown from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with individuals, families, small business owners, churches, residential realtors, commercial real estate companies, and large organizations like Wal-Mart, Chick-Fil-A, and Coca-Cola.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It's important to find a professional photographer that is serious about his/her craft. They have invested in continuing education. They have experience with the work you are looking for. They have examples of their work they can show you. They can provide references of satisfied clients they have worked with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Try to gather as much information as possible and then share it with your photographer. The more information you can give them, the more accurate their quote will be and the more pleased you will be with the final product.
