My name is Nicolas "Nico" Kambouroglos, I am a Lancastrian born and raised. Photography has always been a part of my life. From the little guy with a disposable camera on class field trips to the college kid with a point and shoot that had to document everything, a camera was always in my hand. However, it took some soul searching and some pushing from family & friends before I was convinced this hobby could be a career. I enrolled and completed the Digital Photography Program at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design have never looked back. I found my place and I don't believe that I could enjoy any profession more than this. [ Well, maybe a race car driver, but this is a lot safer :) ] I launched Nicokam Photography in May of 2015 and have strived to grow and improve everyday since. I’m a photographer from Pennsylvania. My photographic process is simple, I started out in the hobby six years ago solely because I wanted to produce beautiful art. Quickly, I realized photography meant more to me than just aesthetic value. A camera is a time machine, a tool that I use to capture moments I want to carry with me into the future and show others I may meet later on. When I’m shooting, I seek to create pictures that convey and evoke emotion. I always say photography is different than any other art form because a photograph I take doesn’t really belong to me in the same way that a sculpture belongs to a ceramist or a song belongs to a musician. A photograph is a representation of something that already exists apart from me. For that reason, I do very little editing, only adjusting saturation, brightness, or contrast when needed. I choose to portray my subjects as closely as possible to how they appear in real life. I am available for various types of events and have different camera to suit different projects and settings.

My focus is to make people look the greatest of all time. I believe in providing clients with an unforgettable experience while providing high quality photos that will that will not only capture your best moments, but elevate them into timeless visuals you’ll be proud to share forever.
