I’m a photographer from Pennsylvania. My photographic process is simple, I started out in the hobby six years ago solely because I wanted to produce beautiful art. Quickly, I realized photography meant more to me than just aesthetic value. A camera is a time machine, a tool that I use to capture moments I want to carry with me into the future and show others I may meet later on. When I’m shooting, I seek to create pictures that convey and evoke emotion. I always say photography is different than any other art form because a photograph I take doesn’t really belong to me in the same way that a sculpture belongs to a ceramist or a song belongs to a musician. A photograph is a representation of something that already exists apart from me. For that reason, I do very little editing, only adjusting saturation, brightness, or contrast when needed. I choose to portray my subjects as closely as possible to how they appear in real life. I am available for various types of events and have different camera to suit different projects and settings.
