Introduction

Thank you for considering my services. Allow me to introduce myself and share some insights into my experience. I reside in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and have nearly a decade of photography experience. My degree in Graphic Design, which encompasses photo composition and post-processing, equips me with the ability to compose your aerial images with a keen artistic eye. Over the past four years, I have been actively involved in the aerial photography and videography industry, including contract work for esteemed clients such as Drone Base, Eagle View, DroneUp, and Allstate. Additionally, I hold the FAA certification to provide these services. My expertise extends beyond aerial photography and videography. I have experience in 3D modeling, autonomous imaging, which is particularly useful for mapping large areas, and 360 panoramics. Furthermore, my service in the US Military instilled in me a strong work ethic that has been instrumental in my civilian endeavors, including my aerial work. I encourage you to select me for your aerial shoot and experience the exceptional quality that I deliver. Sincerely, HUD AERIAL IMAGING & VIDEO

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is based on the quality and expertise I provide and is competitive in the area. I have a passion and love for photography, and will put my all. There will be a fee for travel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will ask a series of questions to find out what the client wants, and if I believe I have a better option, I will suggest my opinion, but always being thoughtful and understanding about the client and job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a degree in Graphic Design, that includes photography and post-production. Also, I have a license through the FAA for my drone services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started by a curiosity of taking photos from the sky, it was a different point of view than being on the ground; I fell in love!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a lot of residential customers, a few managers and owners of businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project that I really enjoyed was a shopping complex. It included multiple aerial images from 100 feet to 350 feet. Then, images were taken of each tenant at roof level. The project took about an hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice is to look for someone that has a passion for the job they are doing for the client.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The client needs to ask themselves what they want before they find a professional; the details can be figured out during the interaction. Also, think about what price is worth it for you. Just remember, prices are set because of the time and detail that is given during and after the shoot is done. Remember, going the cheapest isn’t always the best. That goes for acquiring the most expensive professional; going that route doesn’t always provide the most superior service. Look at past work and reviews always.
