What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are competitive and better than most other production companies. I don’t want the consumer to feel like they are being ripped off.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We talk about what's needed for the work, whether it's for a video shoot and video editing. I give them the rate for the service. I am always open to discussing anything about the project at hand.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor of arts degree in television production.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been interested in this field since I was very young. At age 16 AND 17, I shot an aware winning Special Olympics Event for Public Access Television. I was hooked on this field ever since. Even at the age of 13, I had my own production studio, in my bedroom. I would dub tapes and do any kind of needed voiceovers.

I'm hard working and love doing what I do. I strive for perfection and am patient with people who are unaware with this field and what goes into make it successful.
